HS Art Show!

Our HS Art Show will be on display this year in the media center where they hold the monthly Board of Education Meetings.  (Strategic planning…and very intentional!)  The show will feature the work created by the students in my creative arts class.  It is my goal to draw attention to the devastating cuts suffered by the high school art program in 2010.    No matter how hard I work and try to compensate for the loss, the students deserve more art than they are being offered.

The art show will be on display in our media center from May 17th through June 6th. A reception will be held on June 6th as part of our district wide Arts Extravaganza!
